These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products offered by iPhoneHospital through its website and regulate the relationship between the seller and the customer.

1. General Information
iPhoneHospital sells spare parts, accessories, and products related to the telecommunications and electronics sectors.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Prices and Invoicing
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euro and include VAT unless otherwise specified.
An invoice must be requested during the purchase process by correctly providing the required tax information.
For invoicing purposes, customers may be required to provide their first name, last name, address, tax code and/or VAT number in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
iPhoneHospital reserves the right to cancel or suspend an order in the following cases:
- incomplete or incorrect customer information;
- product unavailability;
- failure to confirm payment;
- suspected fraudulent use of services.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are carried out through carriers selected by iPhoneHospital.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond the seller's control.
The customer is required to check the integrity of the package upon delivery and immediately report any issues.
For high-value shipments, insured shipping is strongly recommended.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

The product must be returned intact, complete with any accessories, original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise provided by law.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
6. Legal Product Warranty
All products sold are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity provided for by applicable law.
For consumers, the legal warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of delivery.
The warranty only covers defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery.
Warranty Exclusions
- damage caused by impacts or accidental drops;
- damage caused by liquids or moisture;
- improper use of the product;
- tampering or modifications carried out by third parties;
- normal wear and tear;
- damage resulting from incorrect installation.
7. Limitation of Liability
iPhoneHospital shall not be held liable for delays in delivery, service interruptions, or issues arising from force majeure events.
The customer is responsible for the proper installation and use of purchased products.
iPhoneHospital shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data resulting from the use of purchased products.

Personal data is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian legislation.
Personal data is collected solely for purposes related to order management, customer support, and legal, administrative, and tax obligations.
