Delivery and order confirmation

• Orders placed by 1:00 PM are shipped the same day, subject to item availability.

• Out of stock items: customer notified within 24-48 hours.

• Tracking via confirmation email or personal area: “My account” → enter order number.

• Undelivered packages: pick up at courier branch; after 3 days, return to sender.

Transport guarantee

• Accept package with wording:

  • “Damaged package – accepted with reservation”

• Report damages or missing items within 48 hours via email to info@iphonehospital.it (order number + full name).

• Phone claims not accepted.

• Shipment of purchased or repaired materials: express courier, delivery within 24 hours.

• Working days: Monday – Friday.

• Repairs: use downloadable form on the website:

  • Return only – [Download form]

  • Round trip with home pickup – [Download form]

• Home pickup: extra cost of €4.50, available upon request.

Packaging and returns

• Products packaged and, if requested, insured with copy of the receipt.

• Returns for defective or non-conforming items through “Return only” form.

• Undelivered or returned to sender due to reasons not attributable to iPhoneHospital.it: new shipment at customer's expense.

Package inspection

• Upon delivery, check:

  • Number of packages matching the accompanying document

  • Products matching the invoice

  • Intact packaging

• Any damages or discrepancies: note “Inspection reserve” on the delivery receipt.

• Even visibly intact packages: accept with inspection reserve.

Transportation issues

• Goods damaged: send digital photos within 3 days to customer service email.

• iPhoneHospital.it not responsible for packages not intact or accepted without reservation.
